Kinematics links - Every part of machine which have relative motion to another part.   → The link should be resistance body.   What is resistant body? →Under the action of force it can transfer motion and power. Kinematics links →1. Rigid links     2. Flexible links     3. Fluid links Rigid links - There is no deformation.   Ex - piston,connecting rod Flexible links - Deformation is allowed under permissible limits. Ex - Belt drive Fluid links - A fluid link is one that is deformed by having fluid in a closed vessel and the motion is transmitted through the fluid by pressure. Ex - Hydraulic press   Types of links - 1. Singular 2. Binary 3. Ternary 4. Quaternary links

Thermodynamics,Thermodynamics deals with relation between heat,work and other transform of energy.

Thermodynamic system,system is a definite quantity of matter bounded by some closed surface which is impervious to the flow of matter.The space and matter external to the system is know as surrounding.IN CLOSED SYSTEM NO INTERCHANGE THE MATTER BETWEEN SYSTEM AND SURROUNDING,energy can crossed the boundary and also boundary change position,

IN OPEN SYSTEM,mass and energy both change place
IN ISOLATED SYSTEM,mass and energy doesn't cross the boundary.

 System,when change of property in fixed mass is call, system.
surrounding,outside of the system[universe] is known as surrounding.
Boundary,which link seperate to system and surrounding known as boundary.

          THERMODYNAMIC Process, when sytem's property has any change,it call process. Reversible process, In this process,system and surrounding returns on their originaloriginal states.                   In actual practice,all process are irreversible.
